Welcome to MSMC
Movement & Sports Medicine Centre — smarter fitness. Choose the membership that fits you, then create your account. Every membership earns medals as you use the app and train with us.
No memberships are on sale right now.
All memberships have a 6-month minimum contract with no pausing during that period. After six months you can pause or cancel anytime.
Earn medals just by showing up
100 attended days = 1 medal
Every day you turn up counts once — back-to-back classes on the same day don’t double up :)
16 days in a month = 1 medal
Keep up four days a week for a calendar month and earn a consistency medal.
Spend them your way
1 medal takes 15% off next month’s membership, 10 medals unlock a free 30-minute session, and 20 medals the full 55 minutes.
